Cheap Things are Cool

Tonight at the good ship Red Hot, we’re doing a little shindig to kiss tax day goodbye and ease the stranglehold on your billfold with some cheap pints and good times (and M’s game at 7:05).

Instead of a usual brewer’s night where we showcase one brewer, tonight we’re putting the spotlight on all of our handles.  Happy hour will run from it’s usual start time at 3pm, and will go until we close.  That’s $3 pints for micros, and $2 pints of Rainier and Olympia.  Today is also our Vitamin R day, so that’s $1 schooners (12oz) of Rainier as well.  For our winos, we’re having $3.50 glasses of our new house wines, 14 Hands Cabernet and Chardonnay.  Here’s the current tap list for those who’ve been chomping at the bit asking:

Boundary Bay IPA (Bellingham, WA )
Maritime Pacific Islander Dry-Hop Pale Ale (Seattle, WA)
Deschutes Cinder Cone Red (Bend, OR)
Georgetown Brewing’s Rogers Pilsner (Seattle, WA)
Hale’s Mongoose IPA (Seattle, WA)
Lazy Boy Porter (Everett, WA)
Skagit Valley Scullers IPA (Mount Vernon, WA)
Woodchuck Pear Cider (Middlebury, VT)
Olympia (“It’s The Water”)
Rainier (Who Cares Where It’s Made Now, It’s THE BEER FROM HERE)

We’ll also have TONS of schwag.  Gift Certificates and shirts (both men’s and women’s) from Bad-Ass Barry Watson and His Rosewood Cafe.  Men and women’s shirts from New Belgium Brewing, Fish Tale Brewing, Mack and Jack’s Brewing, Deschutes Brewing, and more.  Glass growler jugs from Skagit River Brewing, Mack and Jack’s, Boundary Bay Brewing, The Red Hot, and the Rosewood Cafe.  We’ll also have glassware (Guinness 4-Pint set, Fish Tale, Mack & Jack’s, Lost Coast, New Belgium, etc), hats, and free schwag (bottle openers, keychains, stickers, chapstick, etc.).  To finish it off, we’re raffling off a hand-blown glass vase from Monte at Fluidglass right here on 6th Ave, and a fancy-pants quilted Rainier Beer jacket (Dickies) that everyone has been asking me to buy.  Good times start at 3pm, the raffling starts at 7-ish.
