Hopworks Cider Release Party;WED 5/20, 5pm!

Our pals at Hopworks Brewing are expanding their reach, and rightly so. Their wares are just so damn delicious. They are reaching into the craft cider market, and we’re glad to help them. We’re releasing their new hard cider tonight, tapping at 5pm.

An explanation taken from the fine wordsmiths over at The New School Beer Blog:

Made from all Oregon grown dessert apples, 60% from concentrate and 40% fresh pressed, Hopworks Hard Cider is cleanly fermented at 53 degrees with Wyeast 4766 cider yeast. To achieve some level of sweetness and tartness Hopworks Hard Cider is back sweetened to finish as a classic Semi-Dry cider that won’t rock the boat for what the average cider drinker is expecting.

We’ll be tapping their new NW Apple Cider at 5pm, along with the always delicious Galactic Imperial Red, & Sicks and Stones CDA Collaboration with Stone Brewing.
